North American Bancard's Marc Gardner Named to Judging Panel for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year

TROY, MI -- Marc Gardner, president of North American Bancard, honored as the Detroit Region's 2008 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, will serve on the judging panel for the 2009 Awards. This prestigious award celebrates those who are building and leading successful, growing and dynamic businesses at the regional, national, and global levels.

A successful entrepreneur since his days of rehabbing and selling houses at the University of Wisconsin, Marc Gardner brought his entrepreneurial spirit to full fruition in 1992 when he opened the doors of North American Bancard. Last year the company processed more than $7 billion in transactions and now employs over 300 people at its new corporate headquarters in Troy, Michigan.
